Go to the section „Profile/Medical File” – „My Profile”. The code can be found in the right corner, on your profile page.
How to change the password in the application?
Access the section „Account Settings” -> „Settings” -> „Account” -> „Change Password” -> Add and Confirm your new password.
How to add an additional profile?
Go to the „Profile/Medical File” section – „Add profile” – Fill in the name, first name and optional no. phone number of the respective person.
How to view emergency interventions?
Go to the „Medical Interventions” section of „My Profile” and press the „Details” button.
How to share your profile with your doctor?
Access the „Profile Sharing” section of „My Profile” then press the „Share with your doctors” button and add the code received from your Doctor.
