In order to develop and strengthen our business, we propose the following short, medium and long term objectives:

  • Piloting the services offered and defining the types of services that will be offered, in order to identify the optimal supportability and facilities/options for final and organizational customers.
  • Refinement of the services offered, to ensure the most satisfactory experience for customers.
  • Identification of potential partners in the medical, social and socio-medical fields, for the implementation of joint projects (B2B), but also the exposure and resale of our packages to final customers (B2B2C);
  • Development of partnerships for development, innovation, research, scale-up;
  • Consolidating the company's team by stabilizing the staff and integrating software developer partners;
  • Obtaining traction through at least 3 significant commercial contracts/partnerships (at least 100,000 euro value);
  • Development of projects that can be financed from European funds (PNRR, POS, PCFIF, PEO, PIDS, PR, SEE, Horizon, EIT, etc.), as Applicant or Partner and submitting them for evaluation;
  • Supporting partner organizations (NGOs, hospitals/clinics, etc.) in accessing non-reimbursable funds, through projects in which our services can be included;
  • Implementation of these projects;
  • Implementation of the myHealthAlerts project, either from the Norwegian Innovation Norway grant, or from internal sources, or from other funding; - Identifying private funding sources and accessing them (Venture Capitalists, "equity" type investment funds, etc.);
  • Increasing awareness of the need to cover clinical care services, in outpatients, hospitals, but also at home, including through remote electronic surveillance and monitoring with the help of technology.
